At North Sails, we are committed to performance and quality; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
